What Options Are Available For Cellulite
Treatment?
The bad news about cellulite is,
that it is not easy to be removed. The good news however
is, that it can be done. And even if it is a fact that it
is difficult to completely remove cellulite, at least it
can be reduced. And with today's modern research and
methods it can now be removed very
effectively.

One of the
problems with cellulite is the fact, that it's main causes and
appearance varies for every individual person. Therefore one
cellulite remedy works well for some but not for others. For
severe or chronic cases of cellulite, people often think about
cellulite surgery options. We've listed some of the most
important ones, and some that are not so widely known yet for
your information.
Invasive Methods of Cellulite
Treatment
Cellulite
surgery solutions are regarded as invasive procedures. This is
caused by the fact that any form of cellulite surgery involves
aggressively fighting the problem by means of open incisions in
the body. However, today there are new surgery methods
available that can be considered to be less invasive. This
involves smaller cuts or even micro surgery procedures that are
much more advantagous for the patient.
Surgical Methods of Cellulite
Treatment
When it comes
to cellulite treatment, the most common and effective surgery
solutions are:
Liposuction
Probably the
most known method of cellulite surgery is called liposuction.
However it is more favourable for younger patients and should
not be used for older patients or simple weight loss purposes.
Liposuction is involving incisions within the critical
cellulite areas of the body, sucking out fat deposits through a
tube. It should be considered however that this method cannot
catch every tiny fat cells under the skin. It is therefore
recommended to support the treatment with relevant anti
cellulite creams or solutions after the
surgery.
Lower Body Lift
Similar to
face lifting, a lower body lift is another beauty surgery
method. As you can read within the method's name it is a
treatment to be performed at the lower part of the body. You
need to be aware that this method is highly invasive and that
it involves lifting a large area of skin. For some patients
this method can tighten the lower body skin effectively but it
is not risk free, not pain free and is for sure not recommended
for everybody.
Mesotherapy
It can be
discussed if mesotherapy can be regarded as a surgery cellulite
treatment or not. Some say it is a non-surgical treatment
method, whilst others say it involves micro surgery. Either
way, as a matter of fact mesotherapy does not involve any
incisions or cuts on the body. But it involves injections.
Perfroming a mesotherapy treatment means that a special mixture
of substances is being injected right under the skin within
cellulite problem areas.
Therefore it is not pain free but at least it involves no
cuts. Mesotherapy basically works in the same way as good
cellulite creams or cellulite solutions do, only that the
solution is not rubbed onto the skin for penetration but is
injected directly.
An advantage of the method is that it has a deeper impact, a
drawback is that it has no skin smoothening effect such as the
creams and solutions have and that it does not reach the outer
skin layers as effectively. It is therefore recommended to
enforce and supplement the effect of the treatment by the
additional regular use of a corresponding anti cellulite
solution or cream.
Laser Lipolisis
Today, use of
laser technology within medical or esthetic surgery has become
quite common. Laser lipolisis is a cellulite surgery that has
minimal invasive impact as it is making tiny incisions on
pre-defined body areas within the critical cellulite zones
only. A fiber optic laser is then used in order to get rid of
body fats. It can be assumed that the laser surgery method is
far from being inexpensive.
Risks of Surgical Cellulite
Treatments
Taking the
individual cellulite condition of a person into consideration,
a well performed cellulite surgery method can bring good
results. As these methods all are more or less invasive these
methods do not come along without more or less negative side
effects. For some persons they will work fine whilst they may
cause unexpected problems for others.
Swelling, bruising, tiny burns or abnormal pain are some of
the most known side effects of such treatments. And especially
the lifting method contains an improved risk of infections and
unwanted scarring. In any case, in order to reduce the risks a
good cellulite surgery should be performed by a skilled
specialist only. Every treatment shall also be enforced and
supported by regular use of proven creams and solutions, such
as Revitol anti-cellulite solution for
example.
Cellulite Surgery - A Last Resort
In general,
before thinking about an invasive surgery solution one should
always consider to try conventional, natural methods of
cellulite reduction first. After years of research there are
very powerful and effective cellulite creams and cellulite
solutions such as Revitol and others available today.
Especially younger persons should not opt for a surgical
solution before trying other methods. Also older persons should
avoid some of the surgical methods as their body cells may not
be able to regenerate as good as it would be
anticipated.
As an alternative to medical or surgery solutions you should
consider the use of special creams and solutions and support the
treatment with a low fat diet, reduced sugar intake and lots
of fitness sessions and exercising. Especially targeted
exercising to your legs, thighs and butt shall be very
beneficial. Surgery should be considered as the last resort
- only!
